Artifacts collected through the past 70 years from the donations of interested individuals and from the seminary's share of its excavations at eight different sites in Palestine are displayed. Multifacited programs include teaching and guiding students in biblical archaeology classes and fieldwork; annual public lectures by leading Near Eastern archaeologists; and tours and open houses. Considered by many archaeologists to be one of the finest biblical museums in the United States.

The Paul R. Stewart Museum at Waynesburg College collections include local Native-American prehistoric artifacts, fine examples of the Greensboro-New Geneva pottery, early American glass, and an excellent mineral and rock collection.
